1. Tempahan
Tempahan awal adalah digalakkan dan tempahan diterima sehingga dua bulan lebih awal. RM50 (non-refundable) dikenakan untuk tempahan.
2. Check-in/Check-out
a. Check-in adalah pada 2:00 petang dan ke atas. Masa check-out tepat 12:00 tengah hari. Untuk check-out awal, sila maklumkan kepada kami pada waktu malam sebelum hari check-out atau sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam sebelum masa checkout. Sila tepati masa untuk check-in dan check out.
b. Dalam sesetengah keadaan, akses kepada homestay mungkin ditangguhkan kerana pembersihan atau penyelenggaraan. Tiada diskaun untuk check-in lewat.
c. Untuk check-in, tetamu mesti memaklumkan ketibaan melalui telefon sekurang-kurangnya 2 jam sebelum ketibaan. Sila letak kereta di luar apartment terlebih dahulu sebelum check-in dan menunggu berhampiran pondok pengawal. Kami akan membawa tetamu ke unit homestay. Kunci Homestay dan pass letak kereta akan diberikan semasa check-in, selepas itu kereta tetamu boleh diletakkan di dalam apartment di tempat letak kereta yang ditetapkan. Tempat letak kereta yang disediakan adalah terhad - dalam apartment 1 kereta sahaja. Kereta-kereta lain boleh diletakkan di luar apartment.
3. Bayaran sewa
Pembayaran penuh bersama-sama dengan security deposit mesti dibuat semasa check-in, secara tunai.
4. Kunci.
Kunci Homestay dan pass letak kereta akan diberikan semasa check-in dan mesti dikembalikan semasa check-out. Bayaran RM100 dikenakan untuk security deposit untuk kunci homestay dan pass letak kereta. Security deposit akan dikembalikan sebaik sahaja kunci homestay dan pass letak kereta dikembalikan semasa check-out.
5. Dadah & Aktiviti Haram adalah dilarang sama sekali.
6. Kepada pasangan lelaki dan perempuan, hendaklah yang telah berkahwin di bawah undang-undang Syariah Islam bagi yang muslim atau pun undang-undang agama lain bagi yang bukan muslim. Pasangan bukan muhrim tidak dibenarkan menduduki homestay ini.
7. Housekeeping. Homestay ini akan dibersihkan sebelum ketibaan dan selepas pemergian tetamu. Anda akan bertanggungjawab untuk kebersihan homestay sepanjang penginapan anda dan meninggalkan unit dalam keadaan yang baik semasa check-out. Sila jaga dengan baik homestay ini seperti mana rumah anda sendiri.
8. Hanya makanan dan minuman HALAL untuk dimakan / disediakan di homestay ini.
9. BINATANG PELIHARAAN ADALAH TIDAK DIBENARKAN. Dasar ini dikuatkuasakan dengan tegas. Homestay@Zamrud Apartment mempunyai hak untuk membatalkan tempahan dan sewaan.
10. Unit tidak boleh disewakan.
11. Kecederaan. Tetamu hendaklah sedia maklum bahawa Homestay@Zamrud Apartment tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap semua tuntutan, guaman, ganti rugi, kos, kerugian dan perbelanjaan yang berbangkit daripada kecederaan kepada mana-mana pihak atau harta yang terlibat dengan kecederaan tersebut atau apa-apa sahaja berkenaan premis.
12. Homestay@Zamrud Apartment tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap kecurian atau vandalisme atau kerosakan barang peribadi tetamu atau barang yang tertinggal di dalam unit homestay.
13. Tetamu adalah bertanggungjawab di atas keselamatan perkakas rumah, kelengkapan, perabot & elektrik.
14. Dasar jiran yang baik. Tetamu tidak dibenarkan membuat bising, parti, menyanyi, menari memandangkan homestay ini terletak dalam kawasan perumahan dan perlakuan tersebut akan mengganggu jiran.
15. Kaedah-Kaedah dan Peraturan-Peraturan Apartment. Sila mematuhi semua undang-undang dan peraturan-peraturan yang mengawal penggunaan apartment yang anda duduki. Kaedah-kaedah ini terpakai untuk tetamu.

1. Booking
Advance booking is encouraged and will be accepted up to two month in advance. RM50 (non-refundable) charge applied for booking.
2. Check-in/Check-out
a. Check-in time is at 2.00pm onwards. Check-out time is at 12.00pm sharp. If you wish to check-out early, please inform us in night before the checkout day or at least 2 hours before the checkout time. Please be sharp and on time for check in and check out.
b. In some instances, access to the homestay may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience will be appreciated in these circumstances.
c. For check-in procedure, guests should make arrival arrangements by telephone at least 2 hours prior to arrival. Please park your car outside the apartment first before check-in and wait near the guardhouse. We will guide you then to the homestay. Homestay keys and parking pass will be presented at check-in, after that you may park inside the apartment at designated parking. Parking provided and limited - in the apartment 1 car. Other cars could be parked outside the apartment.
3. Rental Payments
Full payments together with security deposit must be made upon check-in by cash.
4. Key Policy.
Homestay keys and parking pass will be presented at check-in and must be returned at check-out. There will be a charge of RM100 security deposit for unit keys and parking pass. The security deposit will be refunded upon returning the unit keys and parking pass during checkout.
5. Drugs & Illegal Activities are Strictly Prohibited.
6. Couple guest: must be married under Muslim Syariah Law for muslims or married under other religion law for non- muslim. Non Muhrim are not allowed in the house.
7. Housekeeping. Your vacation accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of your unit during your stay and for leaving the unit in good condition at check-out. Please treat the homestay with the care you would your own.
8. Only HALAL food and drinks to be consumed/prepared in the homestay.
9. PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This policy is strictly enforced. Homestay@Zamrud Apartment reserve the right to cancel your rental reservation and occupancy of rental.
10. Unit may not be sublet.
11. Injury. Guest shall hold harmless Homestay@Zamrud Apartment from and against all claim, suits, damages, costs, losses and expenses arising from injury to any person or property occurring on or about the premises.
12. Homestay@Zamrud Apartment will not be held responsible for acts of theft or vandalism or other damages to the guest’s personal property or items left in the unit.
13. Guest is responsible on the safety of the house, equipment, furniture & electric appliance.
14. Good Neighbour Policies. Guests are not allowed to make noise, party, singing, dancing as this is residential area.
15. Property Rules and Regulations. Please observe all rules and regulations governing the use of the property you are occupying. These rules apply to guests.
